Privacy
Axiom is by invitation, for trial and demonstration. Do not upload patient data or unpublished lab data.
Who runs it: Kiomars Sharifi (Farr), Zurich. Contact: privacy@farrhq.com.
What we keep: your Google name and email; your conversations, files, results, claims, evidence and lab-notebook notes (with their recordings); the memory you approve; the read-only keys you connect (stored encrypted); the public key of your Face ID passkey (your face never leaves your device).
Who can see it: you, the colleagues you share a project with, and the operator of the service, who can read everything on the site.
Where it goes: your messages and files go to Anthropic, the AI provider, which also stores uploaded files so they can be read. Voice is transcribed on our own server and goes nowhere else. Sign-in is through Google. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which protects the site and can technically see it. Searches may fetch public web pages and papers. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
Deleting: deleting something hides it from you, but it is kept. To have your data removed entirely, write to privacy@farrhq.com.
